These terms are the agreement between you and Eclipse. By creating an account you accept them. We have kept them readable on purpose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must complete age and identity verification. One account per person; couples link two verified individual logins to a shared profile.
What Eclipse is — and is not
Eclipse is a social community and events platform for adults in the lifestyle. It exists to help consenting adults meet and to host and discover social events.
Eclipse is not an escort, sex-work, adult-content, or paid-companionship service. Offering or soliciting commercial sexual services, or posting explicit media in public areas, is strictly prohibited and grounds for permanent removal.
Your account & conduct
- Keep your login secure and your information truthful.
- Follow the Community Guidelines at all times.
- Do not harass, threaten, deceive, or share another member's identity or images.
- Do not use Eclipse for anything illegal or non-consensual.
Payments & subscriptions
Eclipse Select is a recurring subscription billed through your app store; it renews until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime. One-time add-ons (e.g. Spotlight Boost, Event Credits) are charged once. Event hosts pay a one-time listing fee per event and set and keep their own ticket revenue; Eclipse does not take a cut of ticket sales.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
Events & hosting
Hosts are responsible for their events, venues, and compliance with local law. Eclipse reviews listings but does not organize, endorse, or supervise member events. Attend at your own discretion and always prioritize your safety and consent.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Guidelines, or that create risk to the community — including permanent bans for severe or repeated violations. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimers & liability
Eclipse is provided "as is." We verify members but cannot guarantee anyone's conduct offline. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eclipse is not liable for interactions between members or for events. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Eclipse operates. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: legal@eclipselsapp.com.
